MAMA JONES AFRICAN FOODS LLC’S SHIPPING POLICY

At Mama Jones African Foods LLC, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes, delivery timelines, and important disclaimers.
1. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:
• Store Pickup: Customers may pick up their orders directly from our store during business hours.
• Local Delivery (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex): Orders placed before 12 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered on the next business day.
• Standard & Express Delivery: Shipping timelines and costs will be displayed at checkout. Customers will receive a notification once their order is dispatched.
• Frozen Shipments: Orders containing frozen items ship Monday-Wednesday to maintain product integrity. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
2. SHIPPING COVERAGE
• We currently ship regionally within the USA. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. FROZEN ITEMS & PERISHABLE GOODS
• All frozen items are shipped rock-frozen in insulated packaging to maintain quality and remain cold for up to 72 hours.
• Customers are responsible for immediately freezing their items upon receipt.
• We ensure that all products leave our facility in excellent condition, but we are not responsible for how items are stored or handled after delivery.
4. DELIVERY TIMELINES & POSSIBLE DELAYS
• Local Deliveries (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex):

- Orders placed before 12 PM: Same-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 12 PM: Next business day delivery.

- Standard delivery: 2-3 business days.

• Holiday & Weather Delays: If a delay occurs due to federal holidays or inclement weather, customers will be notified via email.
5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We take extra care to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition, but in the rare case of loss or damage, we follow these procedures:
• Customers must provide tangible evidence (e.g., photos, tracking status) to report a damaged or missing order.
• If tracking confirms that an order was lost, not shipped, or misplaced, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
• If tracking confirms successful delivery, but the customer claims non-receipt, we will investigate before making a decision.
6. FOOD SAFETY & ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER
• Our products are prepared in a facility that may process nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
• Customers with dietary restrictions or allergies should carefully review product descriptions before purchase.
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or dietary issues resulting from our products.
